In other news, Isis is still getting sick once a week, poor thing. She just can't stay well. We are told by the pediatrician that this is normal and we see that the same thing is happening to our friends with a 3-year-old, but still we worry...and rack-up tons in doctor bills.

Grandma and Grandpa came to visit again and Isis was over the moon about it.

She has so many words now and more all the time. Just the other day, I brought home a watermelon that she thought was a ball. She was so mad that the ball wouldn't bounce and she had a fit when I cut the ball. When I gave her a piece, she kept saying "mmmm...ball." We must have been saying, "not a ball, watermelon" because last night, she pointed to the fridge and demanded "notaball".
